Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

LineSure is a product of ProcMart, the trading name of Instant Procurement Services Pvt Ltd, 6th Floor, Plot 24B, KS Corporate Tower, Film City, Sector 16A, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India ("ProcMart", "we", "us").

For the personal data described here, ProcMart is the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act"). This policy also meets our obligations under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.

2. What we collect

When you apply for the pilot

The application form asks for:

• your full name, work email address and phone number;
• your company, your role and your plant's location;
• your industry, the equipment you would like to monitor and your biggest maintenance challenge;
• optionally, whether you use condition monitoring today and whether you are an existing ProcMart client;
• your confirmation that you agree to be contacted.

Please do not include sensitive personal information, or other people's personal data, in the free-text field.

Collected automatically when you apply

• A one-way, salted hash of your IP address. We use it only to stop repeated or automated submissions. We do not store your IP address itself.
• Your browser's user-agent string and the page you applied from, which help us diagnose problems with the form.
• The date and time of your application.

When you browse the website

• No cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. The website does not use any of them.
• Your light or dark display preference is saved in your own browser (local storage) and is never sent to us.
• Our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically record standard technical information for every request, such as IP address, time, page requested and browser type. They use it to deliver the site and protect it against attacks, and keep it for a limited period under their own policies.

3. How we use it

• To review your application and decide whether the pilot fits your plant.
• To contact you about your application and schedule a call, by email or phone.
• To send you, and the LineSure team, an email copy of your application as confirmation.
• To plan and run the pilot with you, if your application goes ahead.
• To keep the website and form secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix problems.
• To comply with the law and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

We do not use your data for automated decisions about you, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We will only send you marketing about other ProcMart services if you separately agree to it.

4. Consent

We process the personal data in your application on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the box on the form and submit it. Processing for security, abuse prevention and legal compliance relies on the legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing linesure@procmart.com; withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. We will then stop processing your data and delete it unless the law requires us to keep it. If you withdraw while your application is being considered, we will no longer be able to consider it. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.

5. Who we share it with

Your data is seen only by people who need it:

• The ProcMart team working on LineSure, who receive your application by email.
• Service providers that process data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions:
  • Vercel Inc. hosts the website.
  • Supabase Inc. runs the form's processing function and the database that stores applications.
  • Google LLC (Google Workspace) delivers application emails and hosts our mailboxes.
• Authorities, where we are required to by law, court order or a lawful request.
• A successor business, if ProcMart or LineSure is reorganised, merged or sold. Your data would remain protected by this policy.

6. Where your data is stored

Applications are stored in a Supabase database hosted in Seoul, South Korea. Our hosting and email providers operate infrastructure in several countries, so your data may be processed outside India. Such transfers are permitted under the DPDP Act except to countries the Government of India restricts. We use providers that protect data with encryption and contractual safeguards.

7. How long we keep it

We keep application data while we review your application and, if it goes ahead, for the duration of the pilot. After our last interaction with you, we keep it for up to 24 months in case the pilot is revisited, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. After that it is deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

If you join the pilot, data shared during the pilot is handled under the written pilot agreement.

8. How we protect it

The website and form use HTTPS encryption throughout. The applications database is closed to public access: only our server-side function can write to it, and only authorised team members can read it. Submissions are validated and rate-limited, and access to our systems is restricted to people who need it.

No system can be perfectly secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify affected people and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires. To report a security issue, email linesure@procmart.com.

9. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

• get a summary of the personal data we hold about you, how we process it, and who we have shared it with;
• have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, completed or updated;
• have your data erased when it is no longer needed, or when you withdraw consent, unless the law requires us to keep it;
• withdraw your consent at any time (see section 4);
• have your grievances addressed (see section 10);
• nominate another person to exercise these rights for you in the event of your death or incapacity.

To use any of these rights, email linesure@procmart.com from the address you applied with, or tell us how to verify your identity. We will respond within the time the law requires.

10. Grievance Officer

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer:

We will acknowledge your grievance and resolve it within the time the law requires. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

11. Children

The website and the pilot programme are for businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as LineSure or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If we make a significant change that affects data we already hold, we will tell you by email.
