The website is operated by Instant Procurement Services Pvt Ltd, trading as ProcMart, 6th Floor, Plot 24B, KS Corporate Tower, Film City, Sector 16A, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India ("ProcMart", "we", "us"). LineSure is a product of ProcMart.

2. Using the website

You may use the website to learn about LineSure and to apply for the pilot programme. You agree not to:

• use the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• submit false or misleading information, impersonate anyone, or submit another person's details without their permission;
• send spam, or submit the form automatically or in bulk;
• upload or transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems;
• interfere with the website's operation, including by overloading it, or scrape it in a way that burdens it;
• use the website or its content to build a competing product or service.

If you find a security issue, please report it responsibly to linesure@procmart.com rather than testing it further. We may suspend or block access to anyone who breaks these terms.

3. Pilot applications

• Submitting an application does not guarantee a place in the pilot programme. We review every application and decide at our discretion which plants to take forward.
• You confirm that the information you submit is accurate, and that you are authorised to share it on behalf of your company.
• Any pilot, including its scope, success criteria, responsibilities, pricing and confidentiality, is governed by a separate written agreement between your company and ProcMart. Nothing on the website creates such an agreement.
• Information you share with us during discussions about the pilot is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Information on the website

The website describes LineSure and the pilot programme for general information. Descriptions of how the service works, and of outcomes such as early fault detection, planned repairs and spares availability, are illustrative. They are not guarantees of results for any particular plant or machine. Nothing on the website is professional, engineering or safety advice. Always follow your equipment manufacturer's guidance and your own safety procedures.

We may change, update or remove content, or the pilot programme itself, at any time.

5. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, illustrations, animations, the LineSure name and logo, and the ProcMart name and logo, are owned by or licensed to ProcMart and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from its content, or use our names or logos, without our prior written permission.

6. Links to other websites

The website links to sites we do not control, such as LinkedIn and procmart.com. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

7. Disclaimer

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProcMart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. This includes loss of production, profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability relating to a pilot is governed by the pilot agreement.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify ProcMart against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data submitted through the website. It forms part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
